By using the Navira Careers website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Navira Careers provides education and career consultancy services including university application guidance, visa support advisory, career coaching, CV preparation, interview preparation, and international recruitment facilitation. Services are provided on a consultancy basis and do not constitute legal, immigration, or financial advice.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

While we work hard to support every candidate, Navira Careers cannot guarantee admission to any university, approval of any visa application, or securing of employment. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including the candidate's qualifications, employer decisions, and immigration authority decisions.

3. Job listings and CV Match

Job listings displayed by Navira Careers are supplied by third-party job-data providers and may change, expire, or contain incomplete fields such as salary. Navira does not employ the hiring company and does not control the recruitment decision. The “Navira CV Match” percentage is an informational comparison between the CV information available in your browser and the vacancy text returned by the job-data provider; it is not an employer ATS score, hiring probability, or guarantee of interview or employment.

“View Job” links take you to the job provider or original application journey. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Fees and payment

Fees for services are agreed in writing before work commences. A free initial consultation is offered with no obligation. Refund terms are set out in individual service agreements.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information to us. Providing false information in applications or documents is a serious matter that we are not responsible for and may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, images, and tools — is the property of Navira Careers. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Navira Careers' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
